Cartmell Cougars

Richard B. Cartmell Elementary School serves approximately 300 students in grades four and five, and is located in rural Carrollton, KY, approximately halfway between Louisville, KY and Cincinnati, OH.  Get driving directions here.  School is in session each day from 7:50 AM to 2:40 PM.  

Our school mascot is the Cougar and our school colors are blue and gold.
